These Rules are made in accordance with the Articles of Association. *

Articles 17 and 18 define the powers of the International Steering Committee to make Rules and the powers of the Association (voting members in the General Assembly) to alter, repeal or add to such Rules. *

Annual fees are approved at a General Assembly according to Article 8. *

Entitlement of members to vote is established by Article 12.
